eFactura SPV

Romanian law requires online sales to be invoiced and reported to the national RO e-Factura system. eFactura SPV handles the whole process: orders become compliant UBL (RO_CIUS) invoices, are submitted to ANAF on fulfillment, are monitored against the 5-working-day deadline, and are kept as Ministry-sealed XML for 5 years. Refunds create linked credit notes with recalculated VAT. Business VAT IDs are collected at checkout and validated with ANAF, and customers’ personal identification numbers (CNP) are never collected.
